Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping time does not include the day the order is placed or the time to process the order. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for transit times, which is the responsibility of the carrier. Therefore, shipping may be delayed during peak seasons or extenuating circumstances.

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer domestic and international shipping.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Smokin’ Chute is not responsible for these charges, if applied, and are your responsibility as the customer.
